2. Eat a Healthy Diet That’s Right for Your Nutritional Type. I am sure you have heard the saying “one man’s meat is another man’s poison”. What you may not realize is that our nutritional needs can be vastly different from person to person and eating the wrong foods for your nutritional type can be the cause of disease and illness. Do some research and find out your nutritional type so that you can eat the right proportions of nutrients at each meal and improve your health
3. Eat Plenty of Raw Food. Eating your food raw is eating as nature intended. Avoid all processed foods and either eat your food raw or lightly steamed to get the best nutritional value. It is also advisable to eat organic wherever possible
4. Control your insulin levels. Too much sugar in your diet will result in elevated insulin levels. This is one of the fastest ways to encourage premature aging. Elevated levels of insulin can cause diabetes, blood pressure and inflammatory diseases. It can also have an effect on your weight.
5. Exercise can help you to sleep better, lose weight, improve your resistance to infection to name but a few. Exercise is undoubtedly a healthy choice and you would be kidding yourself if you thought that exercise doesn’t matter. Make sure you integrate an exercise regime into your daily routine. Find something you can easily do to start with and don’t try to do too much.
